A little bit about us

Alastair Wade FCOptom    Alastair started his career as an Optometrist over 40 years ago, based in the North-East of England. In addition to behavioural Optometry he also has specialities in sports vision, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and contact lenses.  ​  Alastair has practised behavioural optometry for last 30 years and has helped hundreds of people over that time.  ​  Alastair's passion for helping people with their learning comes from his own experiences with dyslexia as child.

Alex Wade MCOptom

Alex has been practising as an Optometrist in Teesside for over 12 years. From a young age he has been ingrained in the world of behavioural optometry. He currently performs most of our therapy work and is working towards becoming a Lvl 3 behavioural optometrist.

​

He has a keen interest in how modern AI research relates both to behavioural optometry and learning.
